I am not satisfied with your product and service credit card

I am kovirineni ravi kumar, i am using your credit card (4550 3895 2365 3049) long time.but first time shock messages recieved from citi bank . today (02-06) two transactions 7, 539 /&- 5, 000/- diffrent times & diffrent areas. i am not done this transaction. message recieved after the shocked. i am not responsible this two transactions .kindly investgate and kindly credit the amounts immedately. what about going on credit cards . kindly credit the amounts immedately same credit card. if other wise kindly cancel card immedately.
