I was totally disappointed the way A Coustomer Care Excutive spoke with me today 4th December @ 8:52 AM.
I told him that I am in Night Shift and not able to speak now regarding this I have raised couple Queries that I should not get any calls to my Residence nor after 1PM - 7PM time. But, he simply said that we will call because you have to pay the bill.
Is this the way you treat customers who have 5 years of relationship with Citibank.
Also I have raised couple of queries till now those are not resolved...
I am totally upset they way your customer care executive spoke with me. Take necessary action against him and the people who have spoken to me without providing a solution for the queries which I have raised.
Note: If this is not resolve within this year end (31/12) then no other choice I have to go and take legal action against the Bank for calling me daily and asking for the payment without resolving the issues I have raised.
