I am Citibank Gold card customer for last 7 years. Recently, I was informed that based on my Good track record, they have decided to upgrade me to Platinum club. And then immed they blocked my Gold card and sent me a new card, which never reached me.
Despite various communications and address confirmation, the card was sent to my 6 year old address in a different city. In spite of bringing this fact to Citibanks attention, the card was not resent. But I have started getting "amount due" reminders.
