First of all I convey my heartfelt thanks to the Chairman/Managing Director for consideration our request.
With reference to recent message from your good office regarding the payment of booked plot in your Wins-P5. Project [Agreement was done on 03/01 in your office with the presence of your executive staffs: - Mr. Nanda Sir, Mr. Pattnaik Sir and Mr Amiya Raoul Sir]. Here I am paying amount as per your office by lend from my relatives and other arrangements, also you know last year I purchased a land in your RUDRA VIHAR PROJECT now my hand is full of empty even though I manage to pay.
Requesting for your kind approval that, next all installment due I will try to pay prior to project scheme or at the time of Registration. Your kind consideration will be highly appreciated if your esteemed organization never allow the agreement's number#11 (Eleven) upon me due to my financial crisis and domestic too much responsibilities.
