Respected Sir,

With reference to all past correspondence and all prior letters [Dated= 03/01/06, 02/03/07, 17/11/07, 17/04/08, 25/02/09 & 25/06/09], I would like to inform again that I have been losing my Health, Entire life’s hard earned money, Time, Golden Opportunity, Peace of life, Happiness, Concentration in work, Lots of unlimited expenses, More than Fifty Lac (50, 00000.00) Rupees or many more along with my life’s maximum valuable Assets for all only Citicon Engineer Ltd is fully responsible.

Due to stressful tension, Harassment & hard time given by Citicon Engineer Ltd, now me facing Heart problem, Sleeping Disorder disturbance, Mental stress, Mental torch, Mental worry ness, Mental non-concentration, Mental disorder, Mental all types of disfunction, Mental entirely stressful life and each day passing to me & my family is a very bad (Black) day, which we all have been tolerating since long time and we have given maximum Excuses to Citicon due to Citicon’s false bogus commitment/Hope/ Assurance to us by Mr. Amiya-Partner cum Executive Manager.

Above all main roots are only Citicon, Even future in my life or to my family members if any bad situation creates/arise for that only citicon Eningeer will be responsible.

I totally fadup and praying “Ohh” God please save me from the cage of citicon to live in peaceful life.

Again requesting for the God sake please give me the exact date/day without any disputed things for my CVRaman side Land possession and WP=5 plot’s Registration cum position date/day without any further disputed things. For WP=5 as we agreed in Nov/Dec with The Chairman, citicon for payment, accordingly we manage all due total installment money Cheque No#789859 of Rs=30, 000.00 Cheque No#789861 of Rs=20, 000.00 Net Cash are in ready way available since long time with my brother for payment cum registration purpose, but due to Mr. Amiya’s worst nasty policy all things become worse you all members know very well about it and for that we poor people are not responsible. We poor simple straightforward trustful people requesting please don’t give more harassment and hard time again & again to us.

I will wait maximum 2weeks with your exact date/day of CVRaman side Land possession notification and date/day of WP=5 land Registration cum exact position notification without any further dispute.
