Dear Sir,
i shovan Kumar Mishra from Bhubaneswar, orissa, I took a personal loan and a cinsumer durable loan from Citifinancial having loan account number 5566353 and 5595029 respectively, already I have cleared the loan from last one years before and also received Early Pay off letter from the bank.
Even though after the settlement of the loan, Citifinancial has not removed my name from CIBIL, wherein it is showing as an default customer, negative result.
I walked into Branch in Bhubaneswar there was no proper response from the representatives and also One of the executive informed that it takes another 2 years apprx.
I request you to kindly do the needful as soon as possible and mail me with a reply
