I have taken a personal loan of Rs. 7.00 Lacs (loan account no.****0206) from your institution for 48 months (EMI Rs. 19482/-) starting from 5th July and accordingly I executed all loan documents and ECS mandate form in this regard.
But I am surprise to note that the first EMI has been presented to my bank on 5th June instead of 5th July and got cleared.
This loan was taken through DSA (Mr. Deepak Sharma: (0) 93515-55034 / (0) 99296-55570 & Mr. Pankaj Mishra: (0) 93515-55033).
Now I want you to refund the ECS amount together with interest till date at the earliest failing which your next month installment is liable to be stopped and/or rejected.
I must also mention that I won’t be responsible for lapse in payment of EMI in the future until the amount is refunded to me. This shall be considered as a warning / intimation of the misdeed conducted by your institution.
