I had availed a four wheeler loan from Citifinancial, Consumer Finance, Delhi a few years back, which was over last year. I had paid the entire amount and on completion of the loan was told about some outstanding dues regarding cheque bounces. I agreed to pay the amount of Rs. 9000 and was issued a letter dated - 11 July for the payment.
I recently applied for a personal loan when I was told that i have an outstanding and a bad credit report with Citifinancials, Consumer Finance. I need the complete details of the loan availed and the loan repaid so for, balance if any etc. Dont understand how I can have a bad credit report when I ve paid for it.
Also, I have not received the NOC from the company.
