EXCESS INTEREST CHARGE ON LOAN

Dear Sir

My self Dinesh Aggarwal, I have three loans CITI FINANCIAL bank. Account number is-13442567, 9250032, 9249060 dated 24-sep, 8-aug, and 8-aug.

Many time rate of interest increase according to bank guideline, but any time rate of interest not decreasing according bank guideline.

So, I want to close my loan. For this purpose I went to Pushp Vihar branch and meat to your executives. Your executives not give me responsible answer. They told me if you want to close the loan you paid 3% penalty of principal amount. Other wise a second option available that u paid 2% total (1% in books and 1% in our pocket). But when I take the loan then your executives told me that no pre closure charges after three year.

i paid approx eight lacks excess in interest account.

Please check my loan accounts and take nessasry action and refund me excess interest paid by me.
