Though I have registered both my office as well as residential addresses at the time of loan disbursement (physical verification done by the bank for both the addresses against document proof), the bank has never sent any detail or document relevant to the loan.
The payments are debited promptly.
I do not have any clue other than the Loan Number. When I sent an email to the bank to despatch the statement for the previous FY to the office address, they are adamant and insist that they will send the statement only to the residential address. As we are on travel most of the time the residence is locked, but, someone is always available at the office to receive the documents. Further, the banks refuse to send the statement to the registered email as a policy... this is ridiculous, because one of the foreign banks always send me an email statement mentioning the principal & interest amount collected...! Even the Government of India send an email statement on eTDS status...!
I am seriously thinking to send a formal notice to the bank for this kind of deficiency in service and stop payment if they don't respond with a sense of responsibility.
