City realcom
Cheque bounced

I have invested in the City Realcom. I was supposed to get Rs. 5000/- p.m. But my first cheque dated 20th Aug. 2009 was returned I was told to re deposit the same on 5/09. But that was also returned for the reason "PAYMENT STOPPED BY DRAWER". I was told on phone by the company that Central Audit was going on and hence the bank accounts were frozen. But now I hear and read of some problem with the company and its M D Mr Masood. Please help/ guide me.
