Non-payment of returns as money invested Rs.2, 59, 000

I had Invested of approx Rs 2, 59, 000/-in City Realcom & limouzines group in Aug for which i had only receipt, till I get agreement City groups A/c had been locked for auditing but at same when i had provided cheque how that had been cleared when there is under supervision of auditors.
