Faulty charge

I bought a Classic 261 cell from Noida. I had a warranty of one year. After 7 months the charger was broken from the place from where it is connected to the cell. The charger plastic is of worst quality and it was broken because of inserting and taking out the same.

When I went to the service center they told me they will replace my battery and charger but after a week passed the plastic tore of from few more places.

Now they are not replacing the charger and have only provided battery replacement stating that it was broken due to my fault.

I request you to help me for the same.
