Slow response from Ortel Communications limited, Bhubaneswa

Sir,

I am a lease line customer fro Ortel communications. I want to know the id of MD. Mrs. Jagi Panda by which i could directly give the compaints as there is no response from the Office staffs sometimes. As I am a business man i depend upon the ISP so if they face me a problem for 5 mins also i loose customers directly. Now our Business is also down.
