Worst Online Service And Didn't receive the T-Shirt

They have given on their website if the order has been placed before 11 am, they will dispatch

the T-shirt on the same day. [ refer http://www.classicpolos.com/shopfaq.htm ].

I placed my order before 3 days. But Still I didn't receive the T-shirt which I have ordered.

I sent two emails to [email protected] and didn't get any reply from them.

They have given 9363193631 as their 24 hours help line, I tried this number 15 number of

times and no one pick up call.

I like classic polo t-shirt and having 20 T-shirts of classic polo, but first time placed the

order through their website and couldn't get the t-shirt to my address.

The order cost is nearly Rs.600 only, Just I am thinking to go to the consumer court for this.

After a long try one person called [ actually it seems he is the only customer support executive)

and asked me why I called him [ nice question??? ], I explained him that I didn't receive

my order. He told me they are trying to call me for 3 days [ Oh God, I am receiving so many calls

to my mobile but he told me that they are not able to reach me, Not sure what is the mobile

service provider they are using ] He talked like a kid to me and finally told that he will ask

some people to call my mobile and they do the address verification in 30 minutes. I wait for

1 day, No call from their side.

Please don't purchase any product from the classic polo website.
