Not received goods which were sent 6 months ago

My name is keith and i have sent across my cargo from dubai almost

6 months ago through a cargo company by the name of classic star

cargo. This cargo company has a branch in kerala also. Everytime i call

the office in kerala they keep saying that the goods are under clearance

something which is hard to beleive as i sent these goods almost 6

months ago. I am currently in goa and i dont know how to take action

against these people. Could you please advice my course of action

against this company. Would really appreciate your response.
