I booked an airline ticket on cleartrip using citibank netbanking. My ticket has not been booked and amount has been deducted from my account. When i call cleartrip they say citibank has not deposited amount in our account so we cannot confirm your tickets. Whe i call citibank they say we have deposited the amount and it is a mistake on their part. so both the companies are playing blame game on each other. In the process I ahve already lost Rs. 12000 plus tickets prices have increased. No one is responding. From cleartrip i had a talk with senior member named VAIBHAV.I would request you people not to use CLEAR TRIP for FLIGHT Booking.
