Fraud builder, common area and amenities not provided after paying hugh deposits towards it

Hi All,

Pls do not go for projects by Corporate Leisure Group, Suncity, Euphora and Genesis.

All projects are in a Big Mess. Despite collecting huge deposits for swimming pool, club house and other amenities, the builder CLPD Group's MD Mr. Acharya has denied building any of these citing Unavailability of funds.

The residents are now struggling to get even the basic maintenance and security for the appartments.

One of the flats meant for Club House has been sold and the owners have been flatly told they would not get any club house now.

Each flat owner ahs paid for the club house and the owners are now helpless.

Pls stay away from CLPD and their projects since the group is extremely shallow and lacks any ethics at all.
