Non receipt of Import Bill of Entry

Import- Bill of Entry not received for Consignment H7927766988 Dt 21/05/09 received through UPS courier.

The above consignment was delivered to us by UPS on 25/05/09 to our correspondence address at Kolkata, India. We have paid a total amount of Rs. 11, 394/- through Chq No. 164658 drwan on Standard Chartered Bank to UPS against UPS Invoice No. 400000537397. The subject consignment was entered in West Bengal through FORM 50 Sr. No. 6170299.

While delivering the material, UPS courier person informed that the Import Bill of Entry will be deliverd after few days.

But till date we have not received the same. After making repeated phone call and email to Mr. Chitta Mohanty and Mr. Mario Alexander of UPS, Kolkata, nothing is clear till now.

We need your help so that we receive the Import Bill of Entry for the above consignment
