Charging of more than MRP

Hi

I Went to Amaravathi Restaurent at Gachibowli, Hyderabad on 10/06/08.

We was charged with Rs.25/-for a Thums up, they not even served in the glass simply they opened the crown and given to us. They not even swith on the A.C.

I Dont know how they charges more than 250% of the MRP.
