Non-receipt of E-mails

Sir,

This office is having a Dataone Braod Band e-mail connection having the e-mail id " [email protected]". For the last week no mails are receiving through this e-mail Id. We think there are some problems. Only return receipt from Postmaster is being received. Kindly rectfy the short coming at the earliest and confirm.
