On APRIL I bought coke drink and sent the crown number to the advertised no in the bottle. Next dayI received phone call that i won samsung CAMERA in that competition, COCO COLA SMILE MAADI OFFER.
BUT AFTER THAT THERE IS NO CONTACT FROM THEM. TILL NOW I TRIED TO CONTACT THEM .
Here in India I had contact coco cola customer care staffs through phone in Delhi office (Madam Dolly etc) - No proper response. Only they made me to wait for months together idle.
Then i contact Mr. Gaurav Sharma SALES MANAGER in Mumbai COCO COLA (INDIA) office, he too diverted the problem.
Like that I contact Madam Reena CUSTOMER SERVICE MANAGER COCO COLA etc etc...
PEOPLE IN CUSTOMER CARE TAKES NO RESPONSIBILITY... DIVERTING THE PROBLEM... MAKING CUSTOMER TO CONFUSE... ESCAPE FROM THEIR RESPONSIBILITY.
SO BEWARE OF COCO COLA - A CHEATING COMPANY.
