COCO COLA UK LTD
PRIZE AWARD OF USD 1 MILLION

A big froud is taking place in India and nothing is being done about it. A message on the mobile saying that your mobile no. has won COCO COLA AWARD OF USD 1 MILLION and to contact on email of FBN MERCHANT BANK UK LTD. for collecting prize amount. Then starts the email letter sent along with the photograph of one Mr. Peter Hinson, Managing Director, FBN Merchant Bank UK Ltd. First email giving details of receiving award through cash delivery as the same is given to them by Coco Cola Board, and asking for your personal details, second email asking to submit cash payment of INR 30, 350 to the airport cashier with the assistance of their Diplomatic Agent or otherwise the same can be transferred through Reserve Bank of India, New Delhi. The name of the Diplomatic Agent given was SIR ALEXNDER MALET with his mobile no. to contact on doing so he informed to pay INR28, 900 which I did at ICICI Bank in the name of account holder Yurthingla Varung a/c.no., 025001515376, after which I received email letter from one Mr. RAJKUMAR HIRANI, Private Banking/Wire Transfer Department of Reserve Bank of India giving me account ID No and Pin No, later giving me PAC No. (Personal Access Code) and then asking me to further deposit USD 5000 equivalent to INR 2, 32, 224 for obtaining COT Code (Cost of Transfer) in order to transfer the prize amount to personal Bank.

This is a big FROUD. Upon enquiring with FBN Bank UK, Reserve Bank of India, Mumbai and British Embassy New Delhi via phone was informed that no such person by name of SIR ALEXANDER MALET is attached to British Embassy, Customer Service Department of FBN Bank UK informed that some one is using the name of their MD Mr. Peter Hinser and Reserve Bank of India said they do not have any such department functioning at New Delhi.

Indian Publc should be made aware of this huge FROUD via TV or Press so that they are not taken for granted. An attempt should be made by Police Derpartment to catch these people and FBN Bank UK, Coco Cola UK Ltd. Reserve Bank of India, Public Relations Department and British Embassy, New Delhi should protect and clear their name in the eyes of the Indian public so that innocent persons do not become victim of these frouds.
