Regarding existing of my name in CIBIL even after repayments and assurance from the Bank to remove it from CIBIL

Hi Kumar,

My name is Amit Kumar Das and I was using a CITIBANK credit card.

My name was reported to CIBIL from your end few months back for irregular payment for which I later went for the rewrite offer from the bank in September and converted the amount in 12 EMIs which is deducted from my salary account.

I have got all the documents from Banks end in this regard.

I was told from Citibank that I can go for any loans from any bank as I have gone for this option and i dont have any outstandings and my name has been cleared off from the CIBIL, But my loan application got rejected today from HDFC bank due to the CIBIL listing, my name is still there.

So, I request you to kindly suggest me in removing my name from CIBIL list so that i can go for any loan ASAP.

Its very urgent and necessary for me to get a loan. Kindly consider my request and revert back.
