Refund of Security

Dear sir/mam,

I am an Alumni of College of Engineering Roorkee, passed out in 2007. As part of the Security Fees Rs 12000 was deposited towards the institute which was supposed to be refunded upon completion of the course. Now after more than 2 years i have not received my security deposit back even after several reminders.

I had even talked about it with the Chairman, Vice Chairman and Registrar of the College.

Please help us here.
