Hi, I bought 2 combiflush cystern in february 1 of my cystern's cyfen is not working, so, i made a complaint to you (may be 1155 on 19-8-9 or 22-8-9). After 5 days a plumber comes from the company and check it, but at that time i dint find my bill of purchased. after 2 or 3 days, i find the bill, and I again tell it to mr nikhil (ph-9310108210) but he says your cystern's cyfen is break, so we cant change it, and he give me verma's no (9313224104) but he also says the same. I dont understand how can i break cyfen from inside, its naturally manufacturing defect but they are notready to change it.
I bought cera only because of ther good will but i dont know that they tease there customers. your nikhil and verma talks to me very rudely, although plumber who comes to me says that if you have bill then i will definately change your cyfen and its defcted at that time as per him. but when this case goes in verma and nikhil's hand it becomes breaked.
Please, repair my cystern's cyfen as earliest as it is possible.
