Excess bill every month and worse response by MTNL employee

The concern Deppt,

I am getting a lot of problem with my phone related to my bill and the

problems are as follows:

1.Whenever i login with site "register.bol.net.in" after giving user

name as my no and in password as CA No. then it shows that the there

is no longer exists and whenever i call for the same to 1504 then they

are saying that status shows inactive and they advise me to call on

1500 and when i call to 1500 then they are saying here status shows

active.

So pls do something sothat i can login to same and see my

daily status of MB used.

2. Whenever i got my monthly bill, it always shows excess amount has

been charged by MTNL for due to reason of excess uses of internet but

when i confirmed with 1504 then they are saying that you use below the

given limit so pls reverse excess amount that i have paid in december

month around Rs. 250/- and again there is excess charged in Jan bill

by Rs 58/-.

So pls do something because i m not too rich to crap my money due to

unnecessary reason.
