Non delivery of application form

Respected sir,

I have sent my Karnataka Comedk Post graduate application form by spped post on december 4th from Calicut (pin 673017) to Bangalore (pin 560001). Unfortunately it didn reach the destination. The track number is EL606995205IN. Kindly help me out in sorting this out.
