Dear Sir,
My Prepaid Mobile No.is 9831480057. I had informed to the Customer Care Executive to deactivate my Job Alarts on 26th Jan.2009. Your executive informed me that, the same will be deactivated after 28th Jan.2009.
On the next part on 2nd Feb at night, My mobile Balance was Rs.14 and some paisa. But on the next day (on 3rd Feb) my Balance shows Rs.2.94 which I immediately informed to your Customer Care Executive & told him that I have still received my Job Alarts from the No.54321. Your Executive said that it has already been deactivated & the request was forwarded to the concern Department & this will effect on 4th Feb.2009. I request your executive to refund my Money of Rs. 10.00 which was wrongly charged after deactivation.
Now at around 14:40:53 this message was received " Dear Customer your Vas Related problem hasbeen resolved".
But it is still unbelievable that One Job alarts was received on the same day at 17:28:42
Now I claimed my Money which was deducted from your end although several reminder was send to your end. & give necessary setps to act accordingly.
