Sir,
I am the absolute owner and possessor of the Plot No.151 situated at Street No. 4, Karthikeya Nagar, Nacharam Village admeasuring 266.66 sq. yards having purchased the same vide registered sale deed no 3676/1981 dated 17th June, 1981 in Book I Volume 409 pages 37-39 in the office of District Registrar, Ranga Reddy.
Ever since the purchase I have been in peaceful possession of the said property, while so in the year 2001 one Mr. Kummarikunta Lakshmi Narasaiah attempted to trespass and interfere with my possession of the property, hence, I was constrained to file a suit bearing O.S.NO.317 of 2001 on the file of Hon’ble Principal Jr. Civil Judge, Hyderabad, East & North, RR. District.
The said suit was decreed in my favour vide Judgment and Decree dated 21st June and the said orders have become final. The attempts of the said Lakshmi Narasaiah subsided for some time. Subsequently, Mr. Kummarikunta Lakshmi Narasaiah foisted a false case against me Vide. O.S. No.542 of 2005 on the file of Addl. Junior Civil Judge R.R. Dist. in the year 2005 by suppressing facts of the above mentioned suit for perpetual injunction. The said suit is sub-judice and it is also learnt that he has fabricated a void sale deed (s) in favour of third party.
I am a law-abiding citizen and presently executing my duties at Puducherry, the said person has taken undue advantage of my absence by taking law into his hands and has erected temporary settlement/makeshift rooms without any valid right or permission from the concerned authorities i.e. GHMC-Kapra Circle. The said Kummari Kunta Lakshmi Narsaiah is bent upon grabbing my land through hook of crook and with the help of anti-social elements has constructed temporary shelters during late hours of evening completing the same before daylight thus ensuring it evades the eyes of concerned authorities. Once the news reached me through neighbours residing at Karthikeya Nagar, Nacharam. I immediately lodged a complaint to the concerned officials but they are yet to take contemplate action on the same.
I have lodged various complaints to the law enforcement agencies (read Nacharam P.S) and the local body i.e. GHMC-Kapra Circle seeking their intervention to help me in preventing the illegal activities of the said Kummari Kunta Lakshmi Narasaiah. But, sadly all my complaints have fallen on deaf ears and rather they have turned a blind eye towards above-mentioned activities and I am forced to move from pillar to post, without yielding any fruitful result.

In addition to the above-mentioned registered posts addressed to the concerned departments/officials. I have also posted several emails to the concerned departments/ officials but none of them have responded to these email (s) or for that matter I have not received any acknowledgment from their respective departments/ officials till date.
After addressing to all these concerned departments/officials, I am forced to arrive at a conclusion tall claims of the Government of the hour and their officials are least interested in redressal of public complaints/grievances of the people and they are not being carried out within fixed time frame.
The said Lakshmi Narasaiah has failed to make out any case, before the court (Addl. Junior Civil Judge, West & South) and till date no orders have been passed in his favour in his application for temporary injunction. But still the said Lakshmi Narasaiah is protracting the matter on one pretext or the other by filing miscellaneous applications, on one ground or the other, and subjecting me to severe monetary loss and harassment mentally and physically.
The officials of the concerned departments, vested with the responsibility and duty to serve people and redress their grievances and help them in the hour of need, are dancing to the tunes of the said offender. The police are not recognizing the offence of trespass being attempted and made by the said Kummarikunta Lakshmi Narasaiah. The GHMC-Kapra Circle officials including the top brass are hand-in-glove with the said Kummarikunta Lakshmi Narasiah, in easing his way to make the temporary structures in my plot.
More surprisingly, the said departments have scanty respect to the orders of the Hon’ble Civil Courts granted in my favour and speak as if the same are null and void. It is rather evident that the government machinery dance (s) at the respective departments is dancing to the tunes of the persons wielding muscle-power and political power.
If the concerned departments are causing trouble to an educated people of the society like me in the above mentioned fashion. It is rather difficult to state what would be the fate of common man who knock their door and expects justice from these departments and of course the society at large.
Hence, I am constrained to approach your good offices for justice.
