Commonwealth games xixi coins set
Ordered but delivery not received

Dear Sir,

I have placed my order for the commonwealth coins set XIX games in November.

Till date I have not received any order confirmation or any advise about the status.

The reason for my query is I had also simultaneously placed for the rabindranath coins set which I got it delivered through a courier agency on March 17. They have just dropped in our letter box without taking our acknowledgement. As they are insured items it is preferable to get it hand delivered.

Hence I would like you to look into this matter and advise me about the same soon.
