Egarding fraud with delivery

I had placed a order for Giordano wristwatch on 19-10-07 the order NO.is 630004070.You have already swiped the amount of Rs.399/-from my credit card on 22/10/07.

But till now I have not received the watch. I can't remember that how much times I have talked to customer care. I think I have spent more than Rs.4000/-in phone. Everytime it was told to me that it is in FirstFlight courier or it will reach you in 4days, 5days, in a week etc., etc. Every Customer Care Executives like Rakesh jha is lying with me. This is nothing but Economical and mental harrashmet.

So last time you are advised to either make proper arrangement for the delivery of wristwatch or refund my amount[which you have taken]with the phone expense. Failing which, I shall proceed legally at your cost and consequences.
