Deputation of Engineer Case ID CA0802985

With reference to the above, I lodged my complain in your Gurgaon Service Centre yesterday vide Case ID CA082985. I am given to understand that the hard disk of my computer has got some problem and they will depute the engineer to rectify the problem. I got the message also on my mobile no.9810981450 about it.

So far nobody has visited my place. Kindly arrange to depute your engineer at the earliest so as to get the problem rectified and I should not suffer my work.
