I purchased my notebook from HP dealer M/S Keypoint Computers, Namdev Chowk, Jalandhar, Punjab (India) Model: Presario CQ40-144TU, Date of purchase: 05-Nov-08, SN:(S) CND83642K3, PRODUCT:(1P) FZ736PA, SKU: FZ736PA#ACJ.
I registered my notebook for claiming free gift and received claim confirmation mail from HP REDEMPTION TEAM. Redemption code is AA3Y21KUPN. I sent all documents including Demand Draft of Rs.1299/- as handling charges to M/s Solutions Integrated Marketing Services Pvt. Ltd. New Delhi but same was returned/rejected on dated 02-Feb-09. Nor HP dealer inform me about the last date and neither it is mentioned on Invoice given to me or on any user manual/packing boxes etc. I requested Company to send me my free gift whatever it is but Hp refused and declare it invalid. So i might think twice before purchasing any Hp product in future.
