Not received Kodak camera

I purchased Hp compaq laptop on date June as per the offer I deserve to get free kodak digital camera, even I received the mail after sending DD worth rs. 1499 but till the date I have not received camera, kindly send me as soon as possible. My parent are also worry of this if this matter ll not taken seriously I ll have to go to consumer forum and report a case against Hp compaq.
