The following is the state of service provided your service centers. I had been in contact with the HP service centers, HP support sites and also your Toll free numbers. Alas none matches the statements made by the other.

I, being a working lady myself, had to be regularly late for office.

Following the past cases decribed herewith. I had finally managed to receive my restore disk from Lowdon street, following the first letter, which i am forwarding to you now, assisted by care personnels there and I promptly bought a care pack but there I also had problems with my Li ion battery and my system clock was running slow everyday. When I told them they just told me that since the machine was serviced under the surveillance of DIGITREX they should be dealing with problem. So I presented my machine to the Digitrex, a service Engineer named Hemanta. He coaxed me by saying that it was due to coordination with the internet. Right now I am getting a total battery backup of 45 minutes. I contacted the same service center following the above issue before ending of my warranty period and they told me that, I had a 4 celled Li ion battery and it was normal with that, a 4 celled Li ion battery would be providing me a 45 min backup after 1 year.

Recently, I was running an online battery health test on HP and it stated that battery state was critical. So I rushed to Loudon street describing all what had happened and there they checked through partsurfer site and told me that my service part was never a 4 celled Li Ion 1 and from there I just got your email Id to lodge complaint.

All the time I am approaching HP service I am given some lame excuses to fill with. I have bought a machine worth half a lakh of rupees and problems worth more. Being at the service center I never found my problems gets properly diagonised and I had to be satisfied with whatever explainations the service men gives.

Please take note of the same also what steps do you sujjest me to take? Here I am stuck with an old battery, possibly not the one coming with my purchased version. All the time I have found my machine to go into the service to come back with another problem. My brand new machine started acting old with all these hazards.
