Dear Sir/Madam,
My husband Mr. Sumit Roy (Area in Pune - Baner) had applied for a new gas connection in 'Guru Prasad Indane' Gas Agency in Pune. We got the connection on time but Mr. Samson in the agency forced us to buy a cooking stove (but since we came from bangalore just a month back we already had a new cooking stove with us). My husband told them that we have a new one and it was also purchased from authorized indane gas agency in bangalore and it has an ISI mark also. But Mr. Samson in Guru Prasad Indane said that if you dont want stove in such situation then our people will come to your house and inspect which might be done next week and then you can get ur gas cylinder (which again will delay the process)
My husband then requested him that me and my wife both go to office we are at home on saturdays only and so please dont delay the process and give us only the cylinder, regulator and pipe... But the people in the agency gave us the cooking stove forcefully saying that this is a rule from the government you have to take stove with new connection...
Please advise as to how can we return the gas stove and get our money refunded because we have a new cooking stove and it is working fine.
