Delay in Passport

Dear Sir,

I had applied for passport in Oct-08 and the police verification was done but later i came to know that additional verification required of my office address, i had filled 3 PPF form with my office Address Pithampur Dist. Dhar. and submitted in jan-09.

but till date the verification done, i had checked with SP office Dhar dist. but they say that they havent recieved any instruction/paper for verification.

my case file no. is Z29081308.

Pls look into this
