Dear Sir,
I am in trouble now, i was working with Connect Cargo Pvt. Ltd. Delhi office and there Head office is into Chennai, as i have resigned from this company (Connect Cargo Pvt. Ltd. 2nd floor, north wing, ppj chambers, #58/59, rajaji salai, chennai-600001) in Jan-09, but they are not singning my pf release letter to the Chennai PF office. Connect cargo is basicaly freight forwarding company and they are providing credit to the various company/customer, in my tenure they have given a credit to a customer now this customer is not releasing their payment due to some service issue with connect cargo, connect cargo is asking me that you pls recover this money from this customer but i am not able to recover this amount from this customer because i am no more with connect cargo and as per my good knowledge credit terms is always between company to company.
Now pls help me in this case that how i can withdraw my PF from Sitting in Delhi.
