Alance deduction, out going fault

Dear, sir/madam

I am Anirban Ghosh. My contact no 9434532740.My complain no are 2904622, 2901844 & 2904216.

The out going from my mobile connection bsnl is suddenly stopped from last 11th August to till date.

Another complain is call charge is being high from actual call charge from last 06.08.2008 to 08.08.2008.And for this I have lossed around 20 rupees.

Inspite of repeated request to customer care at several times, I have not got any feed back from them (bsnl). The problem is not solved. When will it be solved that is also in dark.

Please take necessary action that will solve my problem quickly.
