Kindly, note that we are waiting since last month for our sapre parts which were being sent from Italy.we had already spoken to your office on the above subject. We are sorry to say that till date nothing has happened. So, kindly look in to this matter at the earlist. Without the spare parts we are unable to rectify the customer complints.
