TDR refund under process even after 4 months since TDR is filied

It is been almost 4 months since I filed TDR request for PNR 6228151210 and PNR 6425834607, but yet to get the refund.

As the train had changed it’s route on the journey day due to strike in Jharkhand (protest against naxal activities), we had to cancel the journey.

I called the Customer Care for many times, sent follow up mails to tdrprocess@irctc.co.in, but there’s no response.
