I am sorry, i could not find a place to ask for this.

I came across this page, while surfing. I found it good but curious enough to know, who replies to your complaints. Has anyone received reply till now? Have u heard from your complained companies or any of the authorities? Don't take it otherwise, its just the right of information to know, whether its worth spending my time? Is anyone genuinely interested in my problems? If anyone can reply, it will be a great help.
