I Gagan Goel would like to share my experience with Gurgaon PF office. I have submitted the PF form on 24/11. The receipt for the documents states that if your claim doesnt get settled by 24/12 then meet with the officer. I went to the office today to check the status. Firstly, The queue was too big and the person sitting on the window was not doing the job properly. He was just trying to do timepass. Later on i was asked to meet the senior officer, but there was noone to give the gatepass to meet that officer. There were almost 15 people waiting for the same. We waited for 45 minutes and then when i entered into the seniors cabin with respect. He shouted on me and said that who authorize me to enter into his cabin. I respectfully inform that no one is listening to us and we are just waiting like fools. Later on the person who came on that seat to give gatepass he started shouting on people without any reason including a girl. Also he refused me that you can meet with the senior for anything. He said that the claim will get settled after 4 month as they have less staff and lots of cases are pending. When i asked him about the statement on the receipt he said that it is just for formality by the order of government but the claim will come after 4 month and i can do anything " Jo kar sakte ho kar lo but abhi kuch nahi ho sakta and kisi se milne nahi denge". My mother is in the hospital and i was hoping that i will get this money so that i can arrange this money for her operation. But now there is no hope.
Please check and if you can do something for us. I would be thankful to you. I would like to request if you can settle my account as soon as possible.
