Provident Fund not yet received

I was previously working for Convergys India Pvt Ltd., Bangalore. for about 4 years. I resigned from my job as on April. I applied for my PF as on 1st February.

Till date I haven't received no sign of Provident Fund Money yet.

The office people neither clarify nor pick up the phone if i want to inquire.

Any suggestion is appreciated
