I am Shrawan Kumar writing to seek your help in my pf issue. After getting all the paper work done from my company Convergys India Services Pvt. Ltd (gurgaon), where i worked for near about 4 Years 3 months (October '03 til December ' 07), i sent my provident fund clearance document to PF office on 14th July '08. I was told that it takes about 30 days to get the money but till today it is more than 30 days and nothing has been credited to my account. Infact in my slip, mentioned that if your claim is not settled by 14th August, Please contact this no (0124-2578633). but when you call this number, its always busy or not receiving by anybody.therefore i request you to look into the matter.
