I had 2 flat in our society on the top floor, in our society we had 2 wings A and B both the wings are of 4 th floor, i ahd 1 flat each in both the wing on the 4th floor.
In the year 2008. we had faced lot of problem due to rain water from the top of the ceiling and wall in both the flats. due it there were dampness on the ceiling and wall. i had made complaint to our society in 2008. but they had taken action for water proofing of terace this year in the month of June.
My question is that the dampness which is there in flats, Is there any right to the member where he can claim for the dampnees from the society.
