Noc

Have a SHOP in a co op housing soc in andheri... they are not issuing an noc to run a restaurant in the shop.

there is already a running restaurant in the same soc at the next door shop for which he has all the required noc from the same society which was given by earlier committee... now the new committee is not allowing for another shop to have an noc for a restaurant..

is this possible for the same society to behave diffrently for memebers of the same society... is there no parity of law??? its like if one committee is friendly with its member then an noc is given and when the committee is changed similar noc not given to another member.. why so??? is there no law which orders the committee to issue an NOC similar to the one issued earlier to another member.

2) on what grounds the managing committee hold the share certificate of the member if the dues are fully paid up by the member...
