Non-return of home loan documents

Dear Sir/Madam,

I had taken a loan of Rs. 4.00 lacs from Ayyampet Housing Society Ltd Z.782 in year 2000.

Last year (14.07.08) I had paid the loan amount completely and closed the account, but till date i haven't received the original documents from the society.

Please advise how to proceed to get the documents from the society or I can register a consumer complaiant against them and the procedure for it.
