We would like to inform you that recently we have received the property tax bill from Nallasopara Nagarparishad asking to pay the tax before March & we have forwarded the bill to the Builder M/s Kamdar Enterprises, Proprietor Mr. Suresh Kamdar having the office at Shripal shopping Centre, Virar (W), Dist. Thane.& Residence address :- 94, Roop Darshan bldg.9th floor C.D.Barfiwala marg, Andheri (W), Mumbai:- 400 058. Tel No:- 022-26233087 requested him to pay the tax as early as possible but the builder is refusing to pay the tax since year 2003 instead of several reminders.
We request you to kindly take some legal action against him and ask him to pay the property tax as early as possible.
